Subject: The National Science Council (NSC) and the Royal Society (RS) of the United Kingdom are jointly soliciting applications for a 2026 bilateral personnel exchange program. Applications will be accepted from August 11, 2025, to September 25, 2025.

Explanation:
1. This program aims to encourage collaborative research between Taiwanese and British researchers in the field of "natural sciences." For funding details and regulations, please refer to the attached solicitation instructions.
2. This program is expected to run for two years, from March 31, 2026, to March 30, 2028. The annual subsidy provided by the National Science Council for each project is capped at NT$240,000.
3. The solicitation instructions are available on the NSC website/News/Project Solicitation Announcement. Project co-ordinators on both sides will follow the regulations of the NSC and the RS, respectively.
4. Funding for this program is earmarked for specific purposes only. Applications will not be accepted for unfunded projects.
