Health Record 114-1 [30-day challenge to not drink sugary drinks and drink enough boiled water]

III. Activity Description
(1) Participants must complete the pre-test at F208 before 12:00 on 10/20-10/22 and confirm the recommended daily water intake to receive the challenge card.
(2) Participants must meet the recommended daily water intake and record the water intake in detail on the challenge card. The challenge lasts for 30 days from 10/20 to 11/21.
(3) Time for recycling the water challenge card and exchanging for environmental protection gifts: 11/20-21, location: F208.
(4) If the achievement rate (including not drinking sugary drinks and drinking enough boiled water) exceeds 90%, you can use the card to exchange for environmental protection gifts.
Nutritionist's tip! Drink plenty of water and reduce sugar intake daily for good health!
Recommended daily water intake per person: current body weight x 30-40ml
Daily refined sugar intake should be less than 10% of your total daily calorie needs, and ideally, even as low as 5%.
