2025 (Academic Year 114-1) “Anti-Drug Creative Vertical Poster” Design Competition(see attachment) are summarized as follows:
1. Competition Dates: From the start of the semester, Monday, September 8, 2025, until Friday, November 21, 2025, 5:00 PM (Week 11).
2. Participants:
o Primarily for all first- and second-year classes, with each class required to submit at least one entry (either handmade or digital artwork).
o Students from other years may register voluntarily. A maximum of two students may collaborate on one entry.
3. Competition Guidelines:
(1) Theme & Content: Entries should focus on drug abuse prevention and awareness of drug-related harm. Content may include text, stories, or ideas presented in a visual and graphic format.
(2) Specifications:
o Two categories: Handmade and Digital Artwork.
o Format: One A4 vertical sheet.
o On the back, securely attach the entry form.
o Submit the physical artwork to the Student Assistance Section Office (L102) before the deadline for entry and record keeping.
o Additionally, submit an electronic file (PDF or JPG) to the organizer’s email: kleo889@stust.edu.tw.
o Both physical and electronic submissions are mandatory; failure to provide both will result in disqualification from evaluation and awards.
4. Judging: Two external professional instructors will be invited as judges.
5. Awards:
o Prizes range from NT$400 to NT$1,500, plus a prize item worth NT$600 and an additional merit reward of 1–2 credits (小功).
o To encourage participation, all students who submit a qualified entry within the deadline will receive two commendation credits (嘉獎).
6. Results: The winners will be announced on the school website in early December 2025, and awardees will be notified to collect their prizes.
