HEIMAVISTA Inc. will hold the “Smart Campus Upgrade – AI-Powered Response Systems and Integrated Cybersecurity Services” symposium from October 29 to 31, 2025. Faculty and staff are welcome to register and participate.
Details:
1.With the rapid development and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, campus services are undergoing a transformation toward greater intelligence and efficiency. This symposium, themed “AI-Powered Response Systems and Integrated Cybersecurity Services,” aims to explore how AI technologies can optimize campus website service processes — from course consultation, administrative workflows, and system operations to visitor information inquiries — to significantly enhance administrative efficiency and interaction quality between faculty and students. The symposium will also examine how schools can ensure student data protection and system security while implementing AI-based customer service systems. Through real-world case studies, product demonstrations, and cybersecurity strategy sharing, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the potential and key factors for adopting AI chatbot systems in campus environments.
