Purpose: NSTC and the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research (SSF) are jointly soliciting applications for the 2026 "Taiwan-Sweden (NSTC-SSF) Bilateral Science and Technology Cooperation Research Project." Applications are accepted from now until February 9, 2026 (on-campus submission).

Instructions:
1. Based on the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding on Bilateral Science and Technology Cooperation signed by NSTC and SSF on July 4, 2024, this joint solicitation for the aforementioned project is available. Please submit the application instructions as attached (or refer to the "Project Solicitation" section on the National Science Council website).
2. This solicitation will run for a five-year period, expected to begin on August 1, 2026. After the project coordinators from Taiwan and Sweden have jointly deliberated on the project content, they must submit their applications to both NSTC and SSF within the application deadline.
