I. Recruitment Needs: One Campus Safety (Crisis Management) Personnel.
II. Employment Start Date: Expected to begin on November 17, 2025.
III. Recruitment Process
(I) Application Period: From now until November 11, 2025 (postmark date will be considered). The recruitment information will be posted on the Ministry of Education Campus Safety Center website, the university's recruitment website, and the human resources website.
(II) Interested applicants should submit copies of their resume, highest academic certificate, campus safety completion (training) certificate, both sides of their ID card, good conduct certificate (police criminal record certificate, original to be submitted at the interview), and relevant experience documents to: Student Affairs Office, Life Counseling Section, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Address: No. 1, Nantai Street, Yongkang District, Tainan City, 710301, Taiwan) from now until November 11, 2025 (postmark date will be considered).
III. Selection Process: After written review, shortlisted candidates will be notified by phone to attend an interview. IV. Salary: Starting from NT$35,130 per month.
V. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Must cooperate with the school's campus safety center's rotating duty schedule (2 shifts per day, 12 hours per shift; overtime will be compensated according to the Labor Standards Act). Night shifts and weekend/holiday work may be flexibly adjusted depending on work needs.
VI. Job Content and Required Skills:
(I) Basic Requirements
1. Experience in student counseling and campus safety work.
2. Rotating duty at the campus safety center, handling and responding to campus emergencies, reporting and contacting regarding campus safety incidents, maintaining campus peace and student safety.
3. Handling and executing relevant business of the Student Affairs Office; must possess the ability to draft official documents.
4. Proficient in computer use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Other ad-hoc tasks.
