Dear Faculty/Institution:

The Career Development Division of the Graduate School of Industry and Information Technology is now accepting applications for the 2026 "Job Service Subsidy Program in Collaboration with Universities and Colleges" (see attached document for a brief description of the program).

This program aims to strengthen youth employment preparedness and promote industry-academia collaboration. We encourage all institutions to submit innovative and results-oriented proposals.

💡【Application Types and Funding Limits】
Campus Recruitment Activities: Funding is tiered based on the number of participating companies. For example: 36-50 companies: maximum NT$400,000; 100+ companies: maximum NT$1,000,000. Job fairs/seminars: Maximum NT$20,000 per session.

Job promotion courses: Maximum NT$200,000 per session (minimum 16 hours).

Company visits/workplace experiences: Subsidies range from NT$30,000 to NT$200,000, depending on the number of companies visited.

💰【115th Year Budgeting Notes】
In response to the 115th year basic salary adjustment, please budget related expenses according to the following standards:

I. Part-time Worker Expenses

Basic Salary: NT$196/hour

Insurance Tier: NT$48,200

Labor Insurance: NT$136/person

Labor Retirement Insurance: NT$97/person

Second-Generation National Health Insurance: NT$4/hour

II. Lecturer Fees and Transportation Expenses

If the lecturer drives themselves, transportation expenses should be calculated using the formula:

➜ Distance in kilometers × NT$3 × 2 (round trip).

Lecturer hourly rates should be processed according to the Ministry of Labor's general subsidy standards.
