The revised NSTC "Industry-Academia Collaboration Program for Advanced Technologies" is hereby announced, as attached.

The revised requirement is that applicants for the Advanced Technology R&D Program must first submit a project concept proposal to the NSTC website. Only those whose concept proposals are approved may submit their project applications to the NSTC website within the specified deadline.
