I. This application will be conducted in accordance with the "Ministry of Education 2026 Teaching Practice Research Project Regional Base Plan".
II. This method aims to invite teachers to form "cross-school teacher development communities" through a regional base model, enhancing teachers' teaching research capabilities and student learning outcomes, and facilitating teachers' development and implementation of the Ministry of Education's Teaching Practice Research Project.
III. Application Instructions:
(a) Application Method: The community convener must send the application form in WORD and PDF format (the convener must personally sign it) to mcli@niu.edu.tw before 23:59 on February 12th (Thursday), 2026. Applications with incorrect formatting or submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
(b) Community Composition:
1. The community must have at least 4 teachers from at least 2 different schools.
2. At least 1 member must be a college or university teacher from Yilan County, Hualien County, or Taitung County. 3. At least one teacher must have "received a Teaching Practice Research Project" or "successfully advanced their professional level through Teaching Practice Research."
4. Each teacher may only participate in one community funded by the Regional Base Project of the Teaching Practice Research Project.
5. Once the membership list is approved, it cannot be changed, but teachers not currently in the community may be invited to participate in community activities.
(III) Community Review Principles
1. The relevance of the community's goals, research topics, and activity planning.
2. The relevance of community activities to the Teaching Practice Research Project.
3. The impact of community activities on teachers' teaching effectiveness or the dissemination of their teaching benefits.
4. The potential for community activities to be transformed into topics for the Teaching Practice Research Project.
5. If the community has outstanding teacher members, and a specific mechanism for the exchange and dissemination of their outstanding teaching experience is planned, this will be considered as a priority for subsidy.
(IV) Subsidy Funding: The maximum subsidy is NT$50,000 for operating expenses.
