1. There are 58 boy’s rooms and 71 girl’s rooms for winter stay and repair work. The list is as the attachment. Please keep your room clear and pack your luggage to the living room at 13F.

2. If your room number is not as the attachment, you don’t need to move your luggage to another place. All you have to do is pack and store it in the closet and under the table. Please take the luxuries with you, the dorm management takes no responsibility for any items stored, lost, or stolen. Please ask your floor leader for check-out inspection. If you don’t follow the directions from the dorm committee members, you may get demerit points.

3. If your room number is as the attachment, please keep your room clear and empty. (You can put your luggage at the living room on 13F. Please stick a name tag on your luggage.) The living room will be closed during the winter. Due to the waterproofing project for the dormitory rooftop, we won’t open 13F for accommodation during the winter break.

4. The time for the semester dormitory check-out is from 2026/01/9 (Fri) 13:00PM to17:00, 2026/01/10 (Sat) 9:00AM to17:00, 2026/01/11(Sun) 9:00AM to 12:00PM (The check-in time for winter stay is on 2026/01/11, after 14:00 PM

5. While checking out, please park your car at the parking lot and bring your own tools to move your luggage.

6. Dorm I, II and Dorm III will be closed at 18:00 PM, 2026/1/11.

7. The check-in time for 2026 spring semester is from 2026/2/21 2:00PM to5:00PM 2026/2/22, 9:00AM to 17:00PM.
(Winter break residents must complete the cleaning inspection and vacate their winter break rooms by 10:00 a.m. on Feb. 21, 2026, and return to their original semester dorm rooms. Any items left behind will be treated as abandoned and disposed of.)

8. The dorm fee for 2026 spring semester will be combined with your tuition. You don’t need to pay it separately.

9. If you don’t apply for the winter stay, there’s no any excuse or reason for you to enter the dorm.

2026 dorm check-in for winter stay

The check-out time for winter stay is before 10:00AM 2026/2/21(Please go back to your previous semester room.)
If you’ll stay in dorm VI during winter break, after you check out from your semester dorm on Jan.11 morning, you may put your luggage temporarily at the functional room at dorm VI, 1F. Please check in and take your luggage for winter stay before 18:00, Jan. 11. The luggage will be disposed as waste if overdue.

3. The payment duration for winter stay is from 2025/12/30 to 2026/1/11. Please PAY before you check in (with the receipt).

4. You can download the slip from the website below or ask the reception to download it for you. (You can ask Ms. Sunny Shih for help as well at L102.) Please pay it at the convenience store. https://ebill.chb.com.tw/eBill/cs/student_login

5. Please bring your student ID card and receipt with you when you check in for the winter stay.

6. While you check out, please hand in the room card and clean up your own bed.（Please check out before 10:00AM, Feb. 21.）

7. Please follow the dorm regulations while you stay in the dorm.
