The National Development Council has forwarded the “Guidelines for Subsidizing Pilot Projects Implemented by Civil Organizations under the Transitional Justice Promotion Fund.” The program designates Fiscal Year 115 (2026) as the pilot period, with proposal submissions accepted starting January 10, 2026. Applications are accepted three times per year.

The annual subsidy amount ranges from NT$100,000 to NT$1,000,000, and the maximum project implementation period is up to two years. For further details, please refer to the National Development Council’s platform
