※For students applying through the Southern Taiwan Regional Teaching Resource Center's course selection platform, their schools must complete online verification by February 24th, 2026 (Tuesday) 5:00 PM.

3. Students from partner schools of the Southern Taiwan Regional Teaching Resource Center who are selecting courses at our school should follow the Southern Taiwan Regional Teaching Resource Center's guidelines for cross-school course selection. Once course selection is complete, withdrawals and refunds are not permitted except in cases of course cancellation due to insufficient enrollment.
4. Students wishing to apply for cross-school course selection should do so within the deadline specified by our school. Late applications will not be accepted.
5. Any changes to course information will be announced through the university's course selection system.
6. Entrance courses (without actual instructors) and specialized courses offered by the Department of Popular Music Industry are not open to students from other universities.
7. Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, for the purposes of "student data management" and "educational administration," needs to collect your personal information, including identification details and learning information, and will contact you as necessary during your studies at the university and within your region. Furthermore, your course information, grades, and other data will be sent back to your original university's academic affairs office. You may exercise your rights to request access, review, supplementation, correction; request copies; request cessation of collection, processing, and use; and request deletion of your personal data.
