I. This application is conducted in accordance with the "Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Project Regional Base Plan".

II. The purpose of this cross-school teacher community is to invite teachers from different schools to form cross-school teacher communities through a regional base model. These communities will collaboratively address teaching issues, develop research plans, refine teaching methods, and improve learning outcomes. This will help teachers apply for the Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Project and upgrade their teaching practice qualifications.

(a) Application Period: From now until February 28, 2026 (Saturday).

1. Each community must consist of at least four teachers, with one full-time teacher serving as the community convener. The community must include at least one teacher who has previously received funding for a Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Project or successfully upgraded their teaching practice qualifications.

2. Each community must include full-time teachers from at least two schools. Each teacher is limited to participating in only one community. Subsidized communities cannot change their members during the implementation period, but teachers who are not part of the community can be invited to participate in community activities. (III) Subsidy Funding: Each community will receive a maximum subsidy of NT$50,000, reimbursed upon presentation of receipts. (Communities selected as outstanding performers by this base in the previous year may receive an additional NT$10,000 in community funding when applying for a new community project this year.)

(IV) Implementation Period: From the date of approval until November 30, 2026 (Monday), the results report must be submitted by December 5, 2026 (Saturday).
