Taipei Medical University's Biodesign Center will launch the "2026 STB-Biodesign Strategy Diagnosis and Transformation Practice: Medical Device Innovation Consultant Series" course from March 10 to June 2, 2026. Medical device R&D teams are welcome to register and participate.

I. Consultative Teaching and Practical Benefits: This course adopts a "consultative" model, combining real market case analysis with specific optimization suggestions tailored to participants' actual case sources. Through 10 weeks of intensive coaching, it assists teams in completing needs restructuring, risk matrices, and fundraising presentations, aiming to enhance their competitive advantage in connecting with national science and technology programs (such as SPARK and FITI) and securing market investment.

II. Course Themes and Schedule: The course will be held from March 10th to June 2nd, 2026, every Tuesday afternoon from 13:00 to 16:00. The weekly themes are as follows (the course themes are generally fixed, but the actual teaching content may be adjusted according to the instructor's professional planning): Week 1 (March 10th): Needs Restructuring - Clarifying "Real Pain Points" Rather Than "Imagined Markets". Week 2 (March 17th): Stakeholder Game Theory - KOL Interviews and Interest Alignment. Week 3 (March 24th): Concept Product Stress Testing - Concept Screening and Risk Defense. Week 4 (April 7): Intellectual Property Defense - From Patent Layout and Bypass Strategies (IP Defense). Week 5 (April 14): Regulatory Simulation - QMS and Global Listing Path. Week 6 (April 21): Value Pricing Theory - The Trade-off Between Out-of-Pocket Expenses and Health Insurance Reimbursements. Week 7 (May 5): Business Model Evolution - Market Analysis and Profit Logic Reshaping. Week 8 (May 12): Venture Capital Psychology - Fundraising Traps and Valuation Negotiation. Week 9 (May 19): Peak Storytelling Power - Narrative and Persuasion in Medtech Pitches. Week 10 (June 2): Biomedical Innovation Demo Day - Cross-Industry Review Practice.

III. Recruitment and Application Information:

(I) Recruitment Target: Nationwide recruitment. Priority will be given to teams and individuals with practical development experience or those urgently needing a "strategic pivot."

(II) Selection Mechanism: Application-based screening; candidates must pass a test and qualification review. (III) Registration Period: January 19 to February 18, 2026.

(IV) Class Location: Biodesign Center, 5th Floor, Biomedical Technology Building, Shuanghe Campus, Taipei Medical University.

(V) Course Fee: NT$30,000 per person (payment will be notified separately after selection and admission).
