I. Initiated by the Ocean Affairs Council, this forum encourages young students worldwide to utilize marine elements and innovative ideas to address the crises and challenges facing the ocean and join the ranks of those protecting it.

II. This year's theme is "Global Solutions, Youth Co-creation," focusing on three main themes: "Net Zero Oceans," "Cultural Oceans," and "Safe Oceans." It aims to encourage young people to respond to ocean challenges through innovative thinking and propose solutions to the ocean crisis that are actionable, have public impact, and offer sustainable value. The event welcomes students aged 12 to 35 and young adults to participate in teams of 2 to 8 members, including teams from different schools and of different ages. The top three winners will receive prizes ranging from NT$50,000 to NT$120,000.
