China Medical University Hospital is offering an "Online Mental and Physical Health Assessment and Self-Care Learning Program." Please take advantage of this program if needed.
This program is completely free for all faculty, staff, and students. Its features include:
(I) Early Awareness Tools: An anonymous online assessment platform helps students instantly identify their mental and physical state, guiding them to use resources correctly.
(II) Enhancing Care Skills: Online courses teach scientific interventions in sleep, diet, exercise, and mindfulness, helping students build a foundation for emotional stability in campus life.
(III) In-Person Practice Courses: Starting in April 2026, a series of expert workshops will be held, led by medical professionals. The content includes:
1. **Muscle Strength and Brain Health:** Strengthening physical resilience through exercise.
2. **Mindfulness and Emotional Stability:** Practicing mindfulness of the present moment to relieve stress.
3. **Stress-Relieving Diet Practice:** Learning nutritional regulation to care for mental health.
4. **Mind-Body Friendly Yoga:** Gentle stretching to release daily anxiety. 5. **[Free Writing and Dialogue]:** Organize thoughts through writing to enhance self-healing abilities.
This project is jointly promoted by China Medical University Hospital, Tainan Municipal An-Nan Hospital, and the Taiwan Society for Nutritional Psychiatry Research, and supported by the Rotary International Global Grants Program. Its content can effectively serve as a supplementary tool for campus counseling, helping students internalize self-care as a skill, thereby promoting overall campus well-being.
How to Participate: Register and complete the online learning to participate in the in-person workshop for free (see attached poster for details).
