I. Experienced government procurement and contract performance management experts will share insights on key topics: price fluctuation adjustments under increasingly stringent regulations, setting award and commencement dates, disputes over project delays and penalties, determination of suspension of joint bidders, core principles of contract management, and forecasting. The course will provide detailed guidance and analysis using real-world case studies, highlighting preventative measures for unexpected situations and avoiding contract disputes or defects.
