The Ministry of Education commissioned Ming Chuan University to host the "Higher Education Media Literacy Curriculum Development Project Achievement Exhibition and Seed Teacher Training Workshop".

I. The Ministry of Education's letters dated December 3, 2018 (Taiwan Education Technology (III) No. 1070211712) and January 7, 2019 (Taiwan Education Higher Education (II) No. 1070222450) (under review) request all schools to develop teaching resources and offer related courses on emerging media literacy issues. Please provide a preliminary description.

II. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's "Action Plan for Promoting Media Literacy Education," Ming Chuan University was commissioned to conduct the "Higher Education Media Literacy Curriculum Development Project" for the 2025 academic year. This project aims to establish a seed teacher training workshop for higher education teachers nationwide, focusing on the media literacy challenges and related legal issues faced by users and creators in the context of artificial intelligence development. Teachers will be invited to share their experiences in developing media literacy course materials and teaching practices, laying the foundation for future media literacy initiatives in higher education institutions. III. The schedule, location, and registration method for the results exhibition and workshops are as follows:

(I) Time and Location:

1. Results Exhibition

(1) Time: June 11-12, 2026.

(2) Location: Room J605, 6th Floor, Ming Chuan University, Jihe Campus (No. 130, Jihe Rd., Shilin District, Taipei City).

2. Seed Teacher Training Workshop

(1) Time: June 12, 2026.

(2) Location: Conference Room J616, 6th Floor, Ming Chuan University, Jihe Campus.
