1. The competition will be held at the National Fire Agency Training Center. In addition to participants from Taiwan, firefighters from the United States, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Brazil, Slovakia, and Estonia are invited to participate. The event aims to promote international exchange in firefighter physical training, and results will be used as a reference for selection to the World Police and Fire Games.

2. Participants are divided into two groups: Firefighting Professionals and Public Experience Group. The former includes firefighters, retired firefighters, and prospective firefighters (including students from fire protection or disaster management-related programs). The Public Experience Group is limited to 20 teams. Participants must prepare their own firefighting gear, including protective suits, helmets, and gloves.
