Dear Graduate,

Time flies, and the moment has come for you to complete an important chapter of your academic journey. We sincerely invite you to attend the upcoming graduation ceremony, where you can celebrate this proud and meaningful milestone together with your teachers, classmates, and family.

Let us gather to reflect on your memorable university years, honor your achievements, and look ahead to a bright future. Your presence will add to the joy of the occasion and help mark a beautiful conclusion to this part of your journey.

The commencement ceremony for the Class of 2026 will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at San Lien Auditorium. Attendees are requested to be seated by 9:45 AM. Participation in the commencement ceremony is voluntary and requires prior registration. All attending graduates must wear their required costume (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral gown). Due to limited seating in San Lien Auditorium, the first 900 registrants will be given priority seating. If the number of registrants exceeds 900, up to 400 additional attendees will be seated in Music Hallway of Building N to watch a live broadcast of the ceremony. A livestream link will also be provided in the STUST Graduate Zone.

Parents and guests should enter the second floor of San Lien Auditorium through the side entrances. They are free to leave at any time. Additionally, the first floor will have 100 seats reserved for parents; entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis starting before the ceremony begins. Those seated on the first floor must remain until the end of the ceremony. If entering after the ceremony has started, please be mindful not to disturb others.

Each department will hold its own tassel-turning ceremony. The schedule of times and locations for each department will be posted on Graduate Zone(https://graduation-osa.stust.edu.tw/). For departments not included in the list, please contact the respective department directly for more information.

Please complete the survey by Friday, May 22. You can check your registration status in the Graduate Zone(https://graduation-osa.stust.edu.tw/) on Friday, May 29. Admission passes will be emailed to registered students by the Extracurricular Activities Division by Friday, June 5. If you do not wish to attend the ceremony, please do not fill out this form. Thank you!
