To ensure that domestic medical institutions provide comprehensive care for adolescents in a friendly and respectful manner, meeting international standards of healthcare service quality, the Health Promotion Administration (HPA) has been promoting the "Adolescent-Friendly Care Institution Certification" since 2018, which was restructured into the "Adolescent Health Promotion Service Friendly Institution" in 2025. This initiative encourages medical institutions to improve the quality of adolescent health care. These institutions can serve university and college students and their families or guardians. Students and parents can directly contact the institutions to access services based on their needs. The attached list is of the HPA's "Adolescent Health Promotion Service Friendly Institutions" for 2025. Currently, only the National Cheng Kung University Hospital in Tainan City meets the criteria.
