The College of Nursing at National Yang-Ming National Chiao Tung University held an international academic forum on "Nursing Leadership: Future Prospects for Education, Equality, Technology and Global Health" on June 30, 2026 (Tuesday).

The College of Nursing is hosting the International Academic Forum, "Nursing Leadership in the Era of Complexity – Education, Equity, Technology, and Global Health Futures." We kindly request that this information be widely publicized and that all faculty, students, and related personnel be encouraged to participate.

I. To promote international exchange in nursing education, research, and practice, the College of Nursing has invited three internationally renowned nursing scholars to speak on forward-looking topics such as innovation in nursing education, multi-ethnic health care, mobile health technology, artificial intelligence, and global health. The aim is to broaden the professional horizons of nurses and enhance opportunities for international academic collaboration.

II. Forum information is as follows:

(a) Event Name: International Academic Forum on Nursing Leadership in the Era of Complexity – Education, Equity, Technology, and Global Health Futures.

(b) Event Time: June 30, 2026 (Tuesday), 1:00 PM to 5:40 PM. (III) Location: 2nd Floor, Building A, Traditional Medicine Building, Yangming Campus, National Yangming University.

(IV) Format: Conducted entirely in English.

(V) Participants: Faculty, researchers, and students from universities and colleges nationwide, as well as professionals interested in nursing education, technological applications, and global health issues.

(VI) Continuing Education Credits: Applications for continuing education credits for nurses and specialist nurses are in progress (or have been approved).

III. Invited speakers for this forum include:

(I) Professor Wei-Ti Chen (International Hall of Fame Fellow) from UCLA, speaking on topics related to multi-ethnic care and resilience.

(II) Associate Professor Jung Jae Lee from the University of Sydney, Executive Editor of *Nurse Education Today*, sharing insights on the development trends of mobile health and nursing education. (III) Assistant Professor Vivian Hui from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University will share innovative applications of nursing informatics, artificial intelligence, and large-scale language models in the nursing field.

IV. Places for this event are limited. Interested participants are encouraged to complete online registration as soon as possible and provide a valid email address on the registration form to facilitate the delivery of admission notices and related information.
