1. Applications are accepted online. Applicants should apply through the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw/) Outstanding Research Award Online Application System, following the NSTC Outstanding Research Award Selection Guidelines and application forms.

2. Application forms for each field are also available on the NSTC website under the sections for Academic Research, Subsidies and Awards, and Awards for Scientific and Technological Talents/Outstanding Research Award. Please download and use them.
