Subject: NSTC and the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) are jointly soliciting applications for bilateral personnel exchange programs for 2027-2028. Applications will be accepted from now until September 10, 2026 (internal deadline is September 10, 2026).

Notes:
1. Applications will be processed in accordance with the bilateral cooperation agreement signed between NSTC and CSIC.

2. Applications must be jointly developed by research teams from Taiwan and Spain and submitted separately to both NSTC and CSIC (CSIC announcement website: https://www.csic.es/es/internacional/cooperacion-y-alianzasinternacionales/cooperacion-y-recursosinternacionales).

3. Taiwanese applications must be compiled and submitted through the principal investigator's institution in the system.

4. Selected programs are scheduled to begin implementation on January 1, 2027. Applications not awarded funding will not be accepted. V. Please submit one copy of the Application Instructions for the Project. Related information has also been published on the NSTC website.
