I. Chang Jung Christian University is offering six summer MOOC (Modified Online Courses) courses for instructors: "Mastering Logical Thinking, Cultivating Your Decision-Making Influence," "Machine Learning Practice," "Big Data Analytics 2.0: Decoding the New Data Marketing Mindset for the 21st Century," "From Concept to Practice: The Limitless Application of Databases," "Saving 1.5 Degrees Celsius for the Earth: Greenhouse Gas and Carbon Emission Neutralization," and "A Good Life Even for Those with Dementia." The content is also suitable for high school and vocational school teachers to self-study programming courses and for civil servants to count towards their study hours. Please inform and encourage relevant teachers and organizations to take these courses.

III. Course Information

(I) Mastering Logical Thinking, Cultivating Your Decision-Making Influence (Taught entirely in English)

1. Instructors: A team of eight instructors including Du Jialing, Hong Jingli, Liu Jiaqi, Zhan Qianyi, Nguyen Cong Hoang, and three teachers from Thai Nguyen University, Vietnam. 2. Course Content: This course teaches logic and critical thinking, using mind mapping to improve thinking and efficiency. It covers business management, decision evaluation, and social responsibility, exploring the impact of decisions. Finally, using Vietnamese culture as a case study, it analyzes the influence of culture on decision-making, enhancing management and decision-making capabilities.

(II) Machine Learning Practice

1. Instructor: Professor Zhou Xinhong.

2. Course Content: This course introduces the evolution of artificial intelligence technology, the principles of deep learning models (DNN, CNN), and the implementation of TensorFlow and Keras. It covers data visualization, preprocessing, and commonly used machine learning methods, cultivating the ability to train, classify, and predict image and data models.

(III) Big Data Analytics 2.0: Decoding the New Thinking of Data Marketing in the 21st Century. 1. Instructors: A team of 7 faculty members including Lin Ching-feng, Lin Chien-chi, Chang Chien-chang, Peng Chun-yang, Ho Hai-feng, Chang Ying-shao, and Chen Ming-chen.

2. Course Content: This course, in collaboration with six departments (College of Management, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, and College of Information and Design), utilizes big data analysis to manage enterprise trends. It covers market application, project development, and the definition and application of performance indicators, providing insights into data analysis strategies and analysis categories in the marketing field.

(IV) From Concept to Practice: The Limitless Application of Databases

1. Instructor: Professor Ke Chih-hung.

2. Course Content: This course introduces basic database concepts and SQL query syntax. It combines interview data analysis with hands-on database construction and query operations. Through case studies, it cultivates cross-domain data processing and analysis skills from basic to applied knowledge!

(V) Protecting the Earth by 1.5°C: Greenhouse Gases and Carbon Neutrality.

1. Instructors: A team of 5 instructors including Lin Chieh-Yu, Ting Pi-Hui, Hsu Che-Chiang, Weng Yao-Lin, and Chen Hsien-Ming.

2. Course Content: This course introduces greenhouse gas management and carbon neutrality trends through a thematic teaching approach. It utilizes case studies to learn about carbon inventory and international certification applications, helping students understand how businesses can reduce carbon emissions and utilize carbon neutrality technologies. The course aims to cultivate carbon management professionals with practical net-zero sustainability capabilities!

(VI) A Good Life Even with Dementia

1. Instructors: A team of 4 instructors including Wu Shu-Fen, Director of the Lao Wu Lao Nursing Home, Wang Kuei-Ying, Lin Yen-Chun, and Lin Chun-Ming.

2. Course Content: This course introduces the progression of dementia, care techniques at each stage, and related services. It also covers legal issues, caregiver adjustment, and the use of government resources to help alleviate caregiving stress. 3. Course website: https://reurl.cc/npKk9e.
