I. The event integrates three core themes: an exhibition of interdisciplinary faculty and student teaching and research achievements, an inter-university academic seminar, and a technology product demonstration and forum. It systematically presents the development achievements of Hakka language AI in cultural translation and innovative applications. The event includes demonstrations of research and development results from the Smart Hakka Lab, inter-university academic exchanges and discussions, and product demonstrations and forums combining technologies such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), machine translation, and generative AI. The aim is to promote exchange and cooperation between academia and industry, and to advance the development of Hakka language AI in education, cultural dissemination, and industrial applications.
II. The topics for this symposium include (but are not limited to) the following:

(II) Hakka Corpus Construction and Large-Scale Language Model (LLM) Development
(III) Applications of Speech Technology (including Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS))
(IV) Machine Translation between Mandarin and Hakka (Mandarin-Hakka/Hakka-Mandarin Translation)
(V) Retrieval Enhancement Generation (RAG) and Knowledge Graph Applications (GraphRAG)
(VI) Hakka Cultural Archives, Digital Content, and Cultural Translation
(VII) Generative Artificial Intelligence Creation and Application
(VIII) Information Visualization, Human-Computer Interaction, and Smart Application Design
(IX) Artificial Intelligence Ethics, Data Governance, and Authorization Mechanisms
(X) Other Research and Practical Results Related to Hakka Humanities Technology, Language Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Cultural Applications
III. This symposium accepts submissions of academic papers and presentations of research findings. Those whose papers pass the review will be invited to give oral presentations or present their findings at the symposium.
