3. After the air raid siren sounds, everyone should immediately turn off indoor power, lock doors and windows, and cooperate with evacuation guidance to quickly enter the nearest building's basement shelter.
4. After arriving at the evacuation location, maintain a evacuation posture (kneeling, body slightly arched, chest off the ground, and hands covering eyes and ears, mouth slightly open) to prevent shockwave injury.
5. Upon hearing the air raid siren or receiving a mobile phone alarm message, follow the guidance of police and civil defense personnel to evacuate to the nearest shelter. Failure to cooperate with drill control and practice will be subject to a fine of NT$30,000 to NT$150,000, suspended, in accordance with the Civil Defense Act.
