I. *Strategy and Assessment*, a comprehensive professional journal on defense policy, welcomes submissions from all sectors on topics including defense affairs, international security situation, strategic studies, the Chinese Communist Party's military, and defense technology.

II. This journal is published regularly, with at least one issue per year. It employs a double-blind peer review process and accepts submissions on an ongoing basis. There is no deadline. Please send your manuscripts via email to dsaj@indsr.org.tw.
