To maintain proper parking order and ensure bicycle parking safety on campus, the parking regulations for bicycles without license plates (pedal bicycles that require manual pedaling) are revised as follows, effective immediately:

1. Application and Access Card Registration
Students who wish to park a bicycle without a license plate (a pedal bicycle that requires manual pedaling) in the campus parking areas must first complete the parking fee payment for the current semester.

After completing the payment, students must personally bring their student ID card and the payment completion page or proof of payment to the Property Management Section (Office L011) to complete the access card registration process.
Bicycles may only be parked on campus after the registration process has been completed.

2. Bicycle Parking Regulations at the Side Entrance of Building S
Bicycles without license plates (pedal bicycles that require manual pedaling) entering or exiting through the side entrance of Building S are not permitted to enter the parking areas of Buildings S and P or the SP surface parking area.

These bicycles must be parked in the designated bicycle parking area to the left of the side entrance of Building S. Please refer to the illustration below for the exact location.

3. Designated Campus Parking Areas for Bicycles Without License Plates
Bicycles without license plates (pedal bicycles that require manual pedaling) may only be parked in the following designated areas:

Bicycle parking area at Building W
Bicycle parking area at Dormitory 6
Designated bicycle parking area to the left of the entrance of Building P

No parking areas for bicycles without license plates are designated in Building I, Building S, or other areas of Building P. Please do not park bicycles in unauthorized areas. Any bicycle found to be parked in violation of these regulations will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with campus parking regulations.

Thank you for your cooperation in following the parking regulations and helping maintain a safe and orderly campus environment.
