Subject: The NSTC and the Netherlands Organization for Research in the Netherlands (NWO) are jointly soliciting research proposals for international cooperation on "Energy Transition" under a bilateral agreement for the period 2028-2033. Applications will be accepted from now until March 4, 2027.

Notes:
1. This process is based on the "Memorandum of Understanding on Scientific and Technological Cooperation" signed in August 2019 between the Taipei Representative Office in the Netherlands (TRON) and the Netherlands Office in Taiwan (NLOT).

2. The project leader from Taiwan must meet the project leader qualifications outlined in the NSTC's "Guidelines for the Implementation of Subsidized Research Projects."

3. The project's execution period is expected to be from March 1, 2028 to February 28, 2033, a period of 5 years. The execution periods for joint research projects from both sides must be identical.

4. The solicitation notice is detailed in the attachment and is simultaneously available on the NSTC website under "News"/"Project Solicitation Notice." Project leaders from both sides should apply according to the regulations of both the NSTC and the NWO. V.
