1.All new students in the Continuing Education program (Evening 4-year and 2-year vocational programs) should bring their "Chest X-ray Examination Record Card" to the X-ray vehicle in front of the Sanlian Hall for an examination.

2.Examination time: September 10-11 (Thursday-Friday), 18:00-20:30. (You may have your examination at any time).

3.Students who do not participate in this examination should submit their examination reports to the Health Center (F210) before September 30.

4.Students who obtained their chest X-ray examination reports off-campus between June 7 and September 7 are exempt from this examination; they can apply for a refund of their fees by bringing their chest X-ray examination reports and the Chest X-ray Examination Record Card issued upon registration to the Health Center (F210).

5.Health Center opening hours: Monday-Tuesday 8:30-22:00, Wednesday-Friday 8:30-17:30.

6.Those who have not paid the fee can pay on the spot (NT$350) and receive a chest X-ray card for a chest X-ray examination.

7.If you are pregnant, please inform the examiner in advance.

8.Please do not park in front of the three-chamber examination area during the examination. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
