1.The chest X-ray examination will be held on September 12th (Saturday) from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. New Master's students in the Continuing Education Department should collect their "Chest X-ray Examination Record Card" and pay NT$350 in front of the Sanlian Hall for their chest X-ray examination.

2.Students who do not participate in this examination should submit their examination reports to the Health Center (F210) before September 30th.

3.Students who obtained their chest X-ray examination reports off-campus between June 7th and September 7th are exempt from this examination; they can apply for a refund of their paid fees by presenting their chest X-ray examination report and chest X-ray examination record card at the Health Center (F210).

4.Health Center opening hours: Monday-Tuesday 8:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Wednesday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

5.If you are pregnant, please inform the examinee in advance.

6.Please do not park in the Sanlian Hall area on the day of the examination. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
