Dear Students,

If you are interested in working as a part-time student assistant at the Self-Access Foreign Language Learning Center, please read the following information carefully and attend the interview before the designated time.

I. Qualifications & Important Notes:
1.Open to current undergraduate students (Day or Night Division) in their second year or above, from any department.
2.Fluent in listening and speaking Chinese, with basic English conversational skills.
3.Able to make announcements to a group clearly and confidently.
4.Due to the high volume of daily tasks, studying while on duty is strictly not permitted.
5.Punctuality is strictly required; tardiness will not be tolerated. Please do not apply if you lack good time management skills.
6.Taking ad-hoc leave is not allowed. Please do not apply if you have a busy schedule with club activities or other personal commitments.

II. Job Responsibilities:
1.Assist in maintaining order and taking attendance in the center.
2.Data collection and news/information archiving.
3.Facility cleaning and maintenance.
4.Assist in hosting Chinese/English language learning activities.
5.Other temporary tasks assigned by the center.

III. Work Period:
Starting from Week 3 of the Fall Semester, 2026 (September 21, 2026).

IV. Pay Rate:
NT$196 per hour. (Employee labor insurance premiums will be deducted monthly in accordance with regulations.)

V. Location:
Self-Access Foreign Language Learning Center (Room S212).

VI. Application Procedure:
1.Select one interview date: Friday, September 4, or Wednesday, September 9.
2.Click the link in the attachment to schedule your interview time slot.
3.Bring the following documents to Room S212 at your scheduled time:
(1) Application Form
(2) Preliminary Course Schedule for the 115-1 Semester
4.The interview takes about 5–10 minutes and includes:
(1) A 1-minute self-introduction in English (grammar and pronunciation do not need to be perfect; we just want to see your courage to speak English).
(2) A short explanation in Chinese on how to operate the " Learning Center Booking System."
(3) Casual conversation.
