1.In accordance with the Ministry of Education's Guidelines for Urine Screening and Counseling of Designated Personnel and the University's corresponding guidelines, within three weeks from the beginning of each semester, class advisors, course instructors, professional counselors, or staff members shall observe students and identify those who meet the criteria for designated personnel. The designated personnel roster shall be submitted to the Office of Student Affairs for compilation and review by the designated screening committee.

2.All class advisors (including department chairs) are requested to complete the screening within three weeks from the start of the 2026–2027 Academic Year, First Semester, no later than Friday, September 25, 2026, before the end of the workday. Please observe students in your class or surrounding environment to determine whether any student meets the criterion of "having sufficient factual grounds to be suspected of drug use." If such students are identified, please complete and submit the online form by logging in through the website or scanning the attached QR code. If no students meet the criteria, you are still required to submit the form within the three-week period (by September 25). Failure to submit the form will be regarded as no designated personnel being reported.

3.If, during the semester, any student is found to be using or possessing unknown substances, or if observations of the student's physical condition or daily behavior raise reasonable suspicion of drug use or possession, please contact Mr. Chang-Shun Kuan of the Student Assistance Section at campus extensions 2202 or 2203 for assistance.
