Nutritionist's Tip: Drink plenty of water every day to reduce sugar intake and improve oral hygiene and health! Recommended daily water intake per person: current body weight * 30-40ml. Daily refined sugar intake should be less than 10% of your total daily calorie needs, ideally as low as 5%. For example, if you consume 2000 calories daily, added sugar intake should be less than 200 calories. Assuming 1 gram of sugar contains 4 calories, daily added sugar intake should be less than 50 grams.
