Forwarded from National Information Security Analysis Center Security Information Alert NISAC-200-202610-00000001
[Content Description]
Researchers have discovered multiple high-risk security vulnerabilities in Cisco ISE and ISE-PIC (CVE-2026-20130, CVE-2026-20192, CVE-2026-20307, CVE-2026-76423 and CVE-2026-76460), including Code Injection, Improper Access Control, Insecure Deserialization and Authentication Bypass. Among them, CVE-2026-76460 has been exploited by attackers. Please confirm and apply patches as soon as possible.
【CVE-2026-20130】 An unauthenticated remote attacker may execute arbitrary code on an affected device by injecting improperly handled special elements into output passed to downstream components.
【CVE-2026-20192】 An unauthenticated remote attacker may bypass authentication and authorization restrictions, thereby gaining unauthorized access to affected devices.
【CVE-2026-20307】 An authenticated remote attacker may send crafted Java serialized objects to the web management interface to execute arbitrary code on the underlying operating system and escalate privileges to root.
【CVE-2026-76423】 An unauthenticated remote attacker may send crafted HTTP requests to the externally exposed REST API port to read and modify ISE configurations and identity data with administrator privileges.
【CVE-2026-76460】 An unauthenticated remote attacker may send crafted requests to a vulnerable API endpoint to bypass authentication of the web management interface, thereby gaining unauthorized access to affected devices.
[Impacted Platforms]
Cisco ISE and ISE-PIC versions 3.1 to 3.5
Cisco ISE and ISE-PIC versions 3.0 (inclusive) and earlier versions (software maintenance has ended)
