The Hanguang Foundation Consortium held the award ceremony for the "2018 Shadow POEM Classic MV Re-creation Competition" in Taipei. The Hanguang Education Foundation is committed to promoting cultural creativity, organizing competitions for classical poetry composing and using the concept of modern "pop music" to allow young students to easily feel the atmosphere of "classical poetry." It also filmed micro-movies to make the beauty of "classical poetry" enhance and widen the dissemination of Chinese culture through music micro-movies.

The judges of the competition formed a strong lineup, consisting of Yun-Jie Li, Director of the film "The Gangers"; Shiao-Chian Lin, Director of the film "More Sorrowful than Sad"; Prof. Hua-Chian Hsu of the Department of Filmmaking, National Taipei University of the Arts; Playwright Jia-Hong Wei, and the Chinese language expert Shiang-Hui Long. A list of finalists and winning teams were selected after the fierce competition. From among more than 200 works, two works in the final list were created by the creative team of the Department of Information and Communication, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, formed by Hui-Lin Dai, Rui-Kuan Hong, and Ya-Ting Shueh and directed by Assistant Professor Dan-Ching Liang. The music micro-movie "Water and Mountain in Quietness" won the favor of the judges with a strong narrative of images and eventually the second place.

The award-winning music micro-movie film "Water and Mountain in Quietness" is based on the story of a young man working in the North. After years of fighting in the north. After the young man could not bear all the pressure from his work, he decided to return home when looking at the quiet, tranquil countryside. His father was pleasantly surprised by his son's decision to return home, and he was surprised to find that he was frustrated by the fight outside, so the father and son started a conversation. The young man confided to his father, and the unspoken father gave him an orchid to comfort him, reminding him of his father's comfort. Although his mother died very early, his father’s "motherly love" silently accompanied him as he grew up. The young man finally found that the land of "The Still Water Mountain" in the depths of his heart was actually the orchid garden of his father's hometown.
