Cheng-Zong Luo, Director of the Institute of Financial and Economic Law, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, first expressed his gratitude to the students for their support over the past six months, which brought the "Legal Talk" lecture series into its second year. In order to be more helpful to the students who are participating, he hoped that through this luncheon meeting opportunity, participants would have direct face-to-face communication to understand the legal knowledge that current college students need to understand. On the other hand, in the face of future studies, participation in national examinations and even employment, he hoped that the "Legal Talk" lectures can play a more competent role as an information provider to really help students.
