Global Vision Magazine's survey of "Enterprises Favorite College Students" is a survey of enterprises in the four popular employment fields of engineering, information, business management, and Hospitality in colleges and universities of science and technology. In addition, it has cooperated with 104 Human Resources Bank, the largest job search website in Taiwan to have observation over the starting salary performance of graduates from various colleges and universities. The survey method was to invite the representatives of listed enterprises and companies with a capital of more than NT$ 100 million by telephone to fill in the online questionnaire. The starting salary ranking was selected by the 104 Human Resources Bank for nearly 10 years among Job seekers with a university degree looking for the first job after graduation. The monthly salary of work experience was closely analyzed. The performance of STUST students in various aspects has been affirmed by many companies.

In recent years, STUST has promoted the reform of educational affairs and has been strongly committed to curriculum reorganization. The problem-oriented "course group" connects related subjects, so that students can understand what different subjects are needed to manage certain areas of practice in the learning process, what they need to match their majors, and who roles they can play with their majors. As a result, students have both "broad foundation" and "deep majors.” This kind of curriculum design allows students to know how to apply what they have learned, effectively stimulating students' learning motivation and career thinking. This is an important reason for STUST students to be recognized by enterprises.

This great affirmation by Taiwan also shows that the efforts of STUST are still continuing to develop. STUST will uphold its consistent school-running philosophy and continue to move towards the goal of a "first-class university.” It will also continue to show the fruits of hard work of STUST students and its alumni from all walks of life in the future. STUST continues to implement the foundation of the Ministry of Education's "Exemplary University of Science and Technology Program" and the "Teaching Excellence Program," promoting higher education and deepening the project.
