2018/5/14 The 13th International Arts and Culture Festival of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology was warm and welcoming: feeling and learning the cultural charms of Europe, America, Asia and Africa. The 2018 International Arts and Culture Festival of Southern Taiwan University of Technology was launched on May 9. The festival invited approximately 300 students came from Morocco, Denmark, Colombia, Egypt, France, South Korea, Germany, Indonesia, Peru, India, Czech Republic, Mongolia, El Salvador, Vietnam, Mexico, Malaysia, Iraq, Germany, Thailand, Switzerland, Japan, the Philippines... 2018/5/11 Ministry of Science and Technology announced the final results of its Internet of Things Sensor Service Platform Project: Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology was the only university in the country that could publish its research and development achievements. In order to strengthen and promote Taiwan’s strength in developing artificial intelligence (AI), the Ministry of Science and Technology brought together 17 universities and 44 academic teams throughout the country on May 9 to display the project results of the Internet of Things and AI robots. Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology was the only the university of technology that was able to publish its achievement in research and development in doing the project. 2018/5/8 Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology recently participated in the 2018 National College Games and won 1 silver medal and 2 bronze medals.
