【Eligibility Requirements】
Applicants must be current students in the Evening Division or Graduate School of our university. Preference will be given to first- to third-year students in the Evening Division who can commit to long-term work.

【Start Date】 August 1, 2025

【Working Hours】
Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day
(9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
During winter and summer breaks: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

【Compensation】
Hourly wage: NT$190 (in accordance with the Labor Standards Act; includes labor and health insurance)

【Job Description】
Handling official document distribution and general administrative communication.
Assisting with office events, maintaining a clean environment.
Performing computer-based document processing.
Answering phone calls and other duties as assigned.

【Qualifications】
Responsible, punctual (no tardiness or leaving early)
Polite, with good interpersonal skills and a service-minded attitude
Willing to learn, attentive, and quick to respond
Proficient in document software such as Word, Excel, and graphic design tools
