I. Course Objectives
This course aims to provide in-depth understanding of the practical operational models of aquavoltaics (integrated aquaculture and solar energy systems) and the integrated applications of smart aquaculture systems. It will help teachers grasp the latest trends in integrating aquaculture with green energy, strengthen their understanding of economically viable large-scale algae cultivation techniques, and explore potential applications in nutrition, antioxidants, food processing, and other industries.
II. Course Information
(1) Course Dates: August 14-15, 2025 (Year 114 of the Republic of China calendar)
(2) Course Venues: National Donggang Senior Marine and Fisheries Vocational School, Wei Chen Indoor Aquaculture Farm
(3) Course Capacity: Maximum 30 participants (Registration period: From now until July 31, 2025. Registration will close early if capacity is reached)
(4) Target Participants: Teachers or technicians from marine and fisheries cluster schools, and faculty from colleges and universities nationwide
(5) Course Format: In-person instruction

1. The entire program is free of charge (including meals). Participants who attend the full course will receive a certificate of completion upon conclusion.
