1. To encourage faculty members in universities and colleges nationwide to strengthen bilingual teaching practices and professional dialogue, thereby enhancing the quality of EMI courses through the development of course modules, peer observation, and the establishment of a course quality assurance mechanism, a cross-school faculty community project will be launched in the first semester of the 2025 academic year.
2. This project is divided into three community groups based on faculty expertise and development needs: "Field Expertise Module Development," "Peer Observation," and "Course Quality Assurance." This project will be implemented using a task-based approach to encourage cross-school collaboration and innovative practices (detailed implementation plan is attached). Related application information is as follows:
(1) Application Period: From now until August 31, 2015 (Sunday).
(2) Funding:
1. Operating Expenses: Maximum subsidy of NT$30,000 per case.
2. Faculty Incentives: A maximum of NT$24,000 per case will be awarded for completing the project as specified in the proposal.
(3) Implementation Period: The program will run from the date of approval until November 14, 2015.
