The Ministry of Education has produced a set of 2025 electronic promotional materials on student drug abuse prevention; all units are requested to assist in promoting and utilizing them.

1.This matter is handled in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s official letter No.1142803796 dated August 20, 2025.

2.A summary of the aforementioned promotional materials is as follows:
(1)Info-pack (10 sheets): Designed in response to the recent prevalence of Etomidate abuse and e-cigarette use. The content covers the background of Etomidate, patterns of abuse, associated harms, and common symptoms. Presented in simplified graphics and text to facilitate quick understanding, the materials may be used either as a set or individually for promotion.
(2)Posters (8 designs): Created to promote a supportive environment for individuals in recovery, raise awareness about emerging drugs, and provide strategies for resisting temptation. In addition, four-panel comics illustrate the economic difficulties and harms faced by students who underestimate the addictive nature of drugs.
(3)Infographics (5 cards): Using concise information combined with engaging illustrations, these cards convey anti-drug messages on topics such as emerging drugs, online drug involvement, drug trafficking through part-time jobs, and the risks of e-cigarettes.

3.All electronic promotional files have been published on the Ministry of Education’s Student Drug Abuse Prevention Resource Network【(https://enc.moe.edu.tw/home)→ Anti-Drug Knowledge → Download Area → Promotional Materials.】 All units are encouraged to download and make use of these resources for awareness campaigns.
