1. New students in the Continuing Education Department (Night 4 and 2 Technical Colleges) please bring your "Chest X-ray Examination Record Card" to the X-ray cart in front of Sanlian Hall for the examination.
2. Examination Time: September 11-12 (Thursday-Friday) 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM. (You may visit at any time you are available).
3. Students who are not participating in this examination should submit their examination report to the Health Center (F210) before September 30.
4. Students who obtained their chest X-ray report off-campus between June 8 and September 8 do not need to participate in this examination. The fee paid can be refunded by presenting the chest X-ray report and the chest X-ray examination record card issued upon arrival to the Health Center (F210).
5. Those who have not paid the fee can pay it on-site (NT$350) and receive a chest X-ray card for the chest X-ray examination.
6. If you are pregnant, please inform the examiner in advance.
7. Please do not park in front of Sanlian Hall during the inspection. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
