1. Notes on Blood Draws for Each Class:
(1) Blood draws for freshman classes (first-year university students (including those in the fourth and second technical programs), and first-year students in the fifth technical program) will be conducted from September 16 (Tuesday) to September 18 (Thursday), periods 1 and 2. The schedule for each class is shown in Appendix 1.
(2) The health section head of the class being tested should inform the teacher of the class in advance (one week in advance) and direct the students to the third classroom for blood draws on the day of the test (the teacher does not need to be present).
(3) Please fast on the morning of the blood draw and avoid breakfast (you must fast for 6-8 hours).
(4) Avoid heavy meals, staying up late, or drinking alcohol three days before the blood draw to prevent inaccurate test results.
(5) Students who have requested leave on the day of the blood draw or cannot attend the scheduled blood draw time should come with students from other classes on the day of the blood draw.
(6) Please do not park your vehicle in front of the third classroom during the blood draw. Thank you for your cooperation!
(VII) If you have any questions about scheduling, please contact Nurse Zhang at the Health and Welfare Unit extension #2230 or #2231!

II. For students unable to attend the freshman physical exam on September 4 (Thursday) (Master's and PhD students, transfer students, fourth-year technical students, second-year technical students, and fifth-year vocational students), please note:

(I) According to Ministry of Education regulations, all freshmen must submit a health examination report, and the test data must be uploaded by the school to the Ministry of Education. Therefore, all freshmen must attend the physical exam.

(II) The supplementary physical exam schedule is attached in Appendix 2.

(III) For those whose health exam forms do not have a photo attached, please collect them in class and submit them to the Health and Welfare Unit (F208 or F210).

(IV) The test report will be sent to everyone approximately one month after the blood draw.
