Subject: The National Science Foundation (NSTC) and the British Academy (BA) are jointly soliciting applications for a 2026 bilateral collaborative personnel exchange program. Applications are being accepted from now until November 3, 2025 (on-campus submissions).

Explanation:
1. This program aims to encourage collaborative research between Taiwanese and British researchers in the fields of "humanities and social sciences." For funding details and regulations, please refer to the attached solicitation instructions.
2. The program is expected to run for one year, from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. The annual subsidy provided by the NSTC for each project is capped at NT$200,000.
3. The solicitation instructions are available on the NSTC website/News/Program Solicitation Announcement. Project co-ordinators on both sides will follow the regulations of the NSTC and BA, respectively.
4. Funding for this program is earmarked for specific purposes only. Applications will not be accepted for unfunded projects.
