Subject: (NSTC) is soliciting proposals for the 2026 project "Precision Materials Manipulation: Decoding the Key Mechanisms of Net-Zero Carbon Emissions and Precision Health." Applications are now accepted until November 21, 2025 (on-campus submissions).

Instructions:
1. Please read the attached notice for this project solicitation, or download it from the NSTC website (News/Proposal Solicitation section) or the Office of Natural Sciences and Sustainable Development announcement page. For more information on the project solicitation, please visit the announcement page.
2. Please apply online through the NSTC "Special Research Project/(Proposal Category) Precision Materials Manipulation Project" and submit your application online.
3. Proposals recommended after review will be notified to the project leader and implementing agency to submit their complete proposals. The project is expected to run from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2030, on a multi-year, annualized basis.
