1. Since 2019, the New Southbound Minority Language Teaching and Certification Center of the College of Business and Foreign Languages ​​at our university has been co-organizing the "International Vietnamese Language Proficiency Certification" with the Department of Vietnamese Language at the University of Humanities and Social Sciences, affiliated with Ho Chi Minh City National University.
2. This exam follows the CEFR (Conference on Framework for Validity of Framework) grading system. Its certification is recognized by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan as proof of Vietnamese language proficiency for government-funded study abroad programs and is internationally recognized by the Ministry of Education of Vietnam.
3. This Vietnamese Language Proficiency Certificate will be issued under the signature of the University of Humanities and Social Sciences, affiliated with Ho Chi Minh City National University.
4. The exam is scheduled to take place on November 22, 2025 (Sat).
