✨Dates:November 18 (Tue) and November 19 (Wen) – 2 bloodmobiles each day
✨Time: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
✨Locations: Intersection next to the Sixth Dormitory and the walkway between Buildings T and N (alternative venue: San-Lian Hall).
🩸 Blood Donation Gifts & Rewards:
🔹 Donate 250cc to receive one exclusive “Lan Lan Cat” tote bag and a delicate gift (roll-on essential oil).
🔹 Donate 500cc to receive two exclusive “Lan Lan Cat” tote bags and a delicate gift set (roll-on essential oil plus a storage pouch or food container).
🎖 Student Rewards:
Donate 250cc (1 unit): awarded 1 Merit
Donate 500cc (2 units): awarded 2 Merits
🥰 Basic Eligibility for Blood Donation:
● Age: 17–65 years old
● Identification: Must bring a valid photo ID
● Weight: Minimum 45 kg (for both males and females)
● Health Condition: Must be in good health on the day (no cold, fever, or other symptoms)
● Donation Interval:
○ Whole blood: at least 8 weeks between donations
○ Apheresis: according to physician’s evaluation and regulations

👀 Important Notes:
★ Get at least 6 hours of sleep the night before; avoid alcohol and staying up late.
★ Eat beforehand — do not donate on an empty stomach.
★ Wear loose-sleeved clothing for convenience.
★ Bring a valid photo ID for registration.
★ Drink about 500ml of water before and after donating; light salty snacks are recommended.
★ Rest for 10–15 minutes after donation to ensure your condition is stable.
★ Avoid heavy exercise or lifting for the rest of the day to allow recovery.
